Tom Rosenbaum

I have been painting in the Paint Dexter Plein Air Festival since the beginning. I was on the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee at the time of inception of the festival. I am a self-taught artist with a lifetime of experience.  I recently opened my gallery at 310 Miller St. Ann Arbor.  I will be at the Dexter Farmers’ Market where the paintings can been viewed/purchased.
