After high school, Dawn attended Ringling School Of Art and later Madonna University where she earned her bachelors degree majoring in fine and commercial art. Dawn enjoys all painting and drawing mediums. While raising her three children Dawn ran her own ad specialty business where she was able to do the customized designs herself. Now that her three children are grown, Dawn enjoys participating in local art events and competitions. Over the years she has taught art classes at local art stores and Madonna University. Teaching painting to her four granddaughters through zoom this past year has been especially rewarding. Dawn is intrigued by color and when painting, enjoys including the many colors she finds in nature.
